(Lvl 1 Quest) The Barkeep Robery (Private)

Nova just finished setting up all his equipment and supplies for this quest once again, he was supposed to meet his party sometime in the evening by the Frozen lake. I better hurry or i might be late, he said, As he approach the lake and stood in front of the lake that was completely frozen and not anyone else around. "Hmm must be the first one to make it here, i wonder who i'll be working with today" Nova said, he was wearing a thick leather jacket, a t-shirt, a beanie, leather gloves and thick Cargo pants, along with his armor underneath his winter clothes.

I started toward the lake with all the equipment i would need for the quest. ever since the quest with nova and kurei he had been training his mind and to sharpen his senses. hearing noises from behind him he had jumped into the trees and continued on his way toward the lake but at a much fast rate from tree branch to branch and eventually reaching the lake. he looked down at the lake and saw looked like to be nova but he wasn't sure so he called out to him "Nova!? is that you?"

Eden had heard of a frozen expedition, and he was on his way there to meet his questing team. He had never been near the Northern Hills before, he had only heard that it was very. very cold here. He was wearing a coat with a fur collar and inside ventilation. Under which was his armour. He was wearing thick furred trousers, over his ordinary armour bottoms. And water proof fur boots. Eden looked at his map every few minutes. Once he reached the lake, he looked around to see who else was there. He could only see two figures, someone dressed in a think looking jacket and someone else who he couldn't really make out. "Hello!!!!!" Eden called out

The cold never really bothered Kerum as he stood in the middle of a nearby tree watching as everyone approached, he had gotten there early to observe. One of them had almost passed him but had left the trees before he did.  Kerum was wearing his typical blue phoenix armor.  His sword was broke into its separate parts each one sheathed on a separate hip.  The blue half mask was on his face, as it always was as he dropped down from the tree landing gently on the ground but loud enough to get the others attention.  

"Well, is that all of us?"  Kerum asked, he thought it was but he might have wrong information as he sized up the group.  Everyone seemed to be dressed for the cold except for him, but his outfit was rather warm.

Nova looked at the group then looked at the quest he was holding in his hands. "We need to look for a Orc, and I believe his name was Poper according to the regulars at a bar i go to. Watch out for his friends, he had a band of miscreants with him, not half his size they were! They took on to the Lake on foot." Basically reciting what the quest said, then looked over at the group of guys again. "Well, where are my manners, my name is Nova, Nova Gauner, pleasure to be working with you all" He said while giving a small smile and a little bow, while one of his hand is on his chest and the other place on the hilt of his sword.

Giggles a bit. Orcs are to easy or at least from stories they sound too easy. I am garriaxz he said as he stood up from falling from the tree and walking out. So nova tell me how fun are orcs? you seem a little seasoned as a combatain. also no need be worried about me being cold im quite warm you all seem to be having warm fits. garriaxz walks along side of nove with his hands in his pocket

"Hello Garriaxz, Nova and, emm sir" Eden anwsered, looking at the third person. "I'm Eden, from Kiru city." "And, mabye that is all?" I suppose all of us must be seasoned combatants, he said, smiling to himself. "Which direction is it that we're going from here?" As Eden thought this, he looked at his party, 3 demons, and him, an angel, although they didn't know.

Kerum bowed to Nova and listened to what Garriaxz had said about the orcs and Nova about the quest itself. He seemed at ease around them somewhat but Eden was a little off to him. "Nice to meet you three, I am Kerum. It should be pleasant working with you all." He stated a in a quiet voice as he smoothed a feather on his armor down.

"Personally unless any of you has a way to track him, the best move would be to figure out if any places around here would be a good shelter for them to hide in. With it being so cold they would have to bunker down at least before nightfall hits." Kerum stated as he stared out at the frozen lake.

"Well there won't be any problems with any orcs, i can tell you that, but it won't be easy to find out where they are at" "Unless we can find some tracks, or i could fly around and see if i can find any distinctive markings that they might have settled up" Nova said as he started to walk around the frozen lake, making sure to if there was any footprints he could spot. While thinking about his new adventure on this plain, not something he enjoyed last time he was here.

"So, Garriaxz, how's it been since our last quest?" Looking over at him for a moment then continued walking around the lake.

He giggles a little bit. Oh you know just been hanging around and other stuff like that. Orcs can be rather unperdictable into combat but tracking them shouldnt be to hard. most of them leave a funky smell behind them and dont really cover them seleves so im expecting to find them in a cave or somewhere dark and warm. taking his hands out of his polet and summons his battleaxe and twirls it around in his hand. so how about any of you? got any ideas?

"I like Novas idea" says Eden, "But, in other words, we could split up and look for different living areas, for the most likely one, we could come back and go explore the specific one..?"

Kerum watched them all as they explained the different approaches they could make. All of them were solid and laced with intelligence which was a good thing. It was no fun to be in a group that was thrown together and none were smart.

"I think splitting up would be a good choice. We should figure out a signal if we do though so that if a group finds them then the others can make there way towards that spot." Kerum suggested as he lean up against a tree crossing his arms.

So far the group was interesting, Garriax had interesting powers being able to summon a battle axe, and Nova was very seasoned. Eden on the other hand was thoughtful and poised just like he was.

"Also, didn't it say we get more if him and his goons were alive?"

"Alright, lets take it up to the sky's and see if we can find out where these people could be hiding" Trying to figure out what would be the best for everyone, while calling out his cloud at the same time, he started to mount onto it and sat down while crossing his legs. "If anything, when we scout through the sky, lets try to stay in range of one another, i don't have any type of explosive powers to use as a signal" Nova chuckled and slowly started to ascend into the air, but listening to Kerum. "Well yea, we are going to capture the theif and all of his friends"

Well i can tell you all one thing i cannot fly. so ill keep a eye on the ground if one of you see anything try to let me know. he starts to run off into the distance but stops at the tree line and turns around waiting to see if anybody will go with him

Eden twidled his thumbs, "I can fly too" he says, floating up, but not exposing his wings, "It's my power", and "I'll go search the left side" Eden flew sideways to the left of the lake, signalling the man dressed in phoenix feathers to follow him.

Kerum watched as everyone started to disperse when to his amazement Eden asked him to follow him. Shrugging he decided that there was no reason to not trust the man as he started to run after him. He hadn't wanted to use the power quite yet but it would make the search faster as it would increase his speed.

His feet glowed blue for a few seconds as electricity rippled around them. When the light died his feet now looked like a true demon's with scales and sharp talons on the end but what was more interesting was the electricity underneath them. Smiling he started to run again but this time he started to run up as the electricity held him in the air and he quickly caught up to Eden. "Good Luck." Kerum called back to the other two.

Well since everyone agreed to search separately, Nova calling out his cloud, jumping onto it and proceeding to fly over the side side where there was no one heading toward, looking back before taking off. "Yea, good luck guys" He said smiling and wanting to make sure that his party is safe, but he wanted to find out where this thief was located and get through this quest without much trouble. As Nova was thinking about that, he continued to peer over the edge of his cloud, trying to make sure he didn't miss any tracks, Nova also continued to look for any signs of any caves nearby, since it might be the best place to look.

Garriarxz waved at them all and calmly turned around and walked into the forest seeing some light enter the forest. He tried to stay with in ear shot of eden and kerum and hopefully their eye sight. He checked the ground for footprints other then his own as he was running past the tree's he had seen footprints that seemed like an awful lot of orcs. he called out hoping to for eden and kerum to have heard his call.

Eden was flying above part of the lake, with Kerum below him, searching the ground. He then saw a few sets of footprints, not human, demon, elf or angel. He pointed downwards at them, shouting "there" down to Kerum. Then he heard Garriaxz call to him, telling him to come look at whatever he'd found. However, Eden didn't want to leave these footprints, as in the northern regions, things were easily lost in the snow. He looked at Kerum, "you go to Garriaxz please, I'll stay here and find whatever is making these footprints" .

Kerum nodded to Eden as he took off at top speed to meet up with the green demon, he enjoyed having the increased speed but when his power faded his normal speed will make him sluggish and feel uncoordinated.

Landing neatly next to Garriax he saw a lot of footprints but was no expert in tracking so had no idea what made them. He was still hovering off the ground as he looked at them, "Good work Garriax. Lets follow them and see where they take us." Kerum stated as he put his hand on one of his swords and continued to walk on air above the tracks.

Nova noticed right away that Garriaxz and Kerum found some tracks and proceeded to following them. "And here i thought i would be the one to find those tracks" Nova said with a smile, slowly hovering behind Kerum, readying his sword, or his bow, whichever would prove to be more useful when the time comes. He looked over at Eden in the distance, worried about being separated, he called out to him. "Shall i go over to you? I wouldn't want us to get separated, seems like the tracks are all spread out"

Garriaxz let kurem do most of the tracking although garriaxz had tracked a few orcs in his day. he calmly walked beside the tracks and had eventually can to a cross of tracks where it looked as someone had struggked with an animal. there was blood drippings in the snow. he pointed to the ground and yelled at kurem "Hey look blood dropings." he walked beside them reading his fists altough he knew the blood drops werent very fresh just by looking at them. just he wasnt sure what to expect. he stopped when he had cane to wjat looked as a orcs body print in the snow wjth a rather big puddle of blood showing in the snow. garriaxz could smell the freshness and determined that this was left only about 20 minutes ago

"Emm, Please!!" Eden called to Nova. He didn't want to be captured and for them to not know where he was. He could also tell that nova was trustworthy enough. He landed on the ground and waited for Nova to come. While doing that, he looked at the tracks again...

Kerum looked up at Nova, "Go ahead we should be fine." At that he drew both of his swords as they glowed slightly blue and looked like solidified electricity. "If we need help I will send up a bolt of electricity... hopefully the 20m range is far enough." Kerum stated as he let his feet shift back to normal and landed on the ground following after Garriax.

"Alright i'll be right there" Nova yelled off to eden, as he started to walk over there but turning back to the other two. "Don't worry i'll stay hovering in the air, if something were to happen, i'll help out" Nova said as he was smiling, then took off on his cloud, moving quickly toward Eden. "What do you think you might have found? He asked while he while he was hovering over Eden. Then continued to look over the direction of his other companions.
