Kurei's adventure in Ice.

Kurei walks into the Northern hills' icy domain. He steps forth breathing heavily and warming himself up with his natural affinity to the flame. On each breath he took he feels the cold sting of his environment. 
"This would be a perfect spot to train my flames.. against what people would think to be the unbearable cold.. i'll light this room up and make it a inferno. If not this day, one day!" ~kurei vowed to make this his fiery fortress in honor of his Deity Kodru, not for wrath which his deity is famed for, but for the honor of the fire that once destroyed the world, the respect in its power.
He breathed in heavily 
"Ahhh, i can smell the ashes now, as if they just fallen from the sky"

Annabelle walks into the domain. She was originally planning on spending a while in the hills to adjust herself to cold weather. As she had noticed in the past her body did not react well to lower temperatures. Without her body temperature raising potion she would be lost. So she decided to train her body to become accustomed to the cold. As she enters she notices someone is already there.  

Crap! It's Kurei! ~ she shouts in her head

He seemed to be talking to himself. Quite odd, Annabelle thought, but she decided to approach him anyways. It's been a while since she'd seen her old "friend" Kurei. She walks over towards his direction slowly, deciding to mess with him a bit.

"Well, well, well, who do we have here? K-Kurei, is it?" ~She laughs silently to herself and gives Kurei a smile.

Kurei was had no idea that Annabelle was there nor did he really care who it would be. At the slightest hint of moment Kurei would pounce at the enemy.

When drawing his sword and placing it on the ground, he removed his shirt and shoes and socks so that he may test his resolve against the cold. Upon picking up his sword Kurei began the same sword training that he had was given at his household. 

"Strike first, quick, strike soundly" ~ he muttered to himself over each swing as anyone would be able to hear the swishing movement of his blade cut the air.

"Still acting like a pretentious douche I see. I expected nothing less."

Annabelle takes out her sword and examines it while leaning against an icy cold column.

"Funny thing a sword. One wrong move and you're dead. A sword can be the difference between life an death, and yet, it's so simply crafted. Quite elegant if you ask me. Reminds me of life itself."

Annabelle glances back at Kurei. He says nothing and continues playing with his sword. Annabelle puts away hers and walks a bit closer to him.

"You know, you don't have to remove your shirt just for me."

Kurei pays no mind towards Annabelle and continues training with his sword, adding vertical leaps and mixed martial arts towards the mix. His breathing increases his heart is pumping more blood throughout his body.

"Maybe if you'd stop running your mouth and settle the business you came here to do, we'd be done with this little conversation." 

Kurei whirls his blade in a 360 degree swing and end it by sheathing his blade. He takes a deep breath and closes his eyes, concentrating and regaining his composure.

Annabelle didn't like Kurei's little comment, nor did she deserve it. She balled her hand into fists, she could feel her blood boil a bit, besides being in an icy inferno. Maybe getting angry was the solution to raising her body temperature enough to become accustomed to the freezing weather. She walked back towards the column she was leaning against before, in a sort of coyish way, cheeks buring bright with anger.

"For your information my business here is simply to adjust my body temperature enough so that I could venture into cold places with ease. Some of my quests have brought me to pretty icy destinations, and I can't always be relying on my potions for help, so this is what I'm doing. I'm getting my body used to this freezing temperature. Quite boring if I don't have someone to challenge, don't you agree?"

Kurei remains still, breathing slowly and taking into account the sensation of his surroundings. He breathes out small visible flames to keep warm.

" If you're here to train than come over here and spar with me. I'm quite bored of simply facing the cold and hearing you bicker."

He opens his eyes and motions with his hand for Annabelle to come closer.

Lifting the lid of a sarcophagus at the far end of the room an Orc peers out with a look of anger on his face muttering under his breath. 
"Who the hell raised the temperature in here."
He then quickly looks around the room spotting the two humans at the far end of the corridor.

Christian had just made his way back to his nice cold home in the hills. Upon arrival he notices his companion Annabelle with another boy. He did not know this man, but she seemed somewhat...heated. He figured he needed to cool her down, so to speak. He figured that if the boy was offending her, he would have advantage in his domain. He drew his blade and crept nearer.

Annabelle couldn't believe Kurei was being so rude. This wasn't the same person she had fought along side with on multiple adventures. She felt like she would cry if she thought on it too deeply. So she just turned away from his direction. An icy chill hung in the air.  Looking down, Annabelle grinded her teeth. She slowly took out her sword, still facing the other way.

"I didn't come here to fight... I came here to raise my body temperature, so thanks cause since I've been talking with you my body temperature has gone WAAAY up."

Annabelle turns to face Kurei, cheeks burning in a sort of scarlet hue. She sharply points her sword in his direction.

"Maybe sparing with you will take me the rest of the way!" ~She shouts. A single tear steams down her right cheek.

"Tears, If I've offended you don't take it personally. It's just the cold air in here."


~Kurei breathing returned to normal, he assumed a fighting stand and motioned for Annabelle to come at him

"I'd like for you to make the first move, but will not use my sword against you. Afterall we are friends and I wouldn't wanna be carried away by such a fearsome opponent" 

A well clothed Tyr is slowly making his way down the domain, having to readjust his equipment every now and then making his way peacefully. He does stop noticing the issues before him, he sighs and waits patiently. He turns to the pillar on his left side and slumps down, adjusting everything as sort of equipment tent conserving heat and watching intently on the two, and nodding my peaces to Vorgar and Chris.

Vorgar seeing all these humies entering his domain he quickly lowers himself back into the sarcophagus and grabs a few loose bricks and stone moving them close as he waits for this fight to break out.

Christian is irritated with this man whom Annabelle seems to dislike. He seemed outright rude towards her. He would not stand for it.

"Annabelle, I am willing to fight alongside you if need. Or I can simply freeze him inside-out if you so desire" He said as he glanced at the woman, then turned to give an icy glare at his enemy.

"It would truly be my pleasure to make him a popsicle..."

"Christian?" ~Annabelle turns towards him, she was surprised to see him here. Though she really shouldn't of been. Ice was kind of his domain.

"What are you doing here?" ~Annabelle didn't want him involved in this little quarrel.  If he fought Kurei, he could get seriously hurt since Kurei was mostly fire based, and Christian was ice.

"It's okay, I've got this. Don't you worry about me now, ya hear? This is something I have to do on my own." ~She smiles at Christian before turning back towards Kurei and readying her stance, sword in hand. She cracks her neck and adjusts her position.

"Let's don't this."

Kurei made his move towards Annabelle and stopped suddenly 
"To be quite honest, I have no desire to fight you Annabelle.
I had no idea that you'd be willing to fight me but I would rather not fight you.. especially to someone so cute" ~ he said with a smile as he winked at her.

Vorgar grumbles and gather more rock in his hiding place. "dey better fight" he murmurs to himself a look of annoyance on his face as they havent started to cut each other down.

Christian was aching for a fight. This fool wanted to fight his friend, and he was supposed to sit by and watch. He figured he might as well have provide support. If he could somehow provide Annabelle an advantage in this terrain...

"Annabelle! Its cold here. I might be able to help you withstand it more than this pest. Let me help you!" He called to his ally

"C-C-Cute? Did you just call me cute?"

Annabelle was conflicted. He had been so rude earlier just begging for a fight. Now he doesn't want one and more importantly he's calling Annabelle cute? Something's up. Annabelle's not buying it.

"Don't think you can distract me with sweet words Kurei, I know who you are."

Annabelle glances over at Christian.

"Stay back in case I need you! I just don't wish to see you hurt okay? If you can help me from afar I'd really apprictate it Christian!" ~she looks back at Kurei, holding her stance in case he decides to attack suddenly.

Kurei places his hands by his hips and looks at Annabelle, baffled by her
"You know, I was thinking that you had begun to trust me. After all we've been through you still can't. I don't mind a friendly spar if that's what you're looking for."
~Kurei puts on his shirt and draws his blade out towards annabelle, flipping it sideways to ensure that he does not hit her with the blade but with the flat end of the double edged sword.

Annabelle doesn't flinch at the sight of Kurei's sword.

"I'm not looking for a fight Kurei. You know I don't approve of senseless fighting. If you must fight me then go ahead and do so, but I will not strike first. "

Annabelle was upset at his can't trust me, remark. His mood swings were giving her whiplash. One moment he was somone, and the next somebody completely different.

"It's not that I can't trust you. It's that I'm unsure of what you will do next. I must keep a high guard  at all times."

Christian was nervous. This man seemed serious, but was toying with her. It made Christian shiver. Was Annabelle aware of how powerful this man was. His limits? His strengths? His weaknesses? It was clear they had history, but what had gone down.

Christian hesitantly lifted his wings and flew above the two, sword draw, radiating an icy wind.

"I will support you with all I can Annabelle. This fool cannot defeat someone with such grace as you."
