Kerum's Powers II

Name: Lightning Sphere
Level: 2
Power Type: Wind
Effect: It creates a electrical sphere around Kerum, roughly a foot away from his body... so a 3 foot radius in each direction. Anyone that touches it will be shocked and knocked roughly 10m back. The shock is that of a taser. It can be detonated before the cooldown ends to burst out in a shockwave in all directions the distance is based on how many posts are left. The shockwave does the same effects as the sphere form. If it is used as a shockwave it has a longer cooldown.
Weaknesses: The shockwave does not care if you are an ally or a enemy so it hurts friends as well.
Duration: 3 posts, For each post it has left it can go out 5m.
Cool-down: 5 posts, 8 posts if shockwaved.
Level: 2

Level 1 abilities are preferred to have only one effect per power.
Weaknesses: The shockwave does not care if you are an ally or a enemy so it hurts friends as well.

unsure what classification it would then be called......... Also then I shall just raise it to level 2 and it can be my level 2 power since I am now level 2.
Also can i increase its duration as well since i am boosting it to level 2?
