  Background/History: Abandoned as a child left on Tar ‘el, the shifting sands took this young boy and twisted it gently leaving him conscious of a quiet loneliness. The desert was his parent and he learned to eat what it gave him.
His body adapted to the harsh climate and has an ability to live off smaller amounts of food to sustain himself.
The sands would lead his to carcass’s of creatures which he learned to gut with his hands before making crude utilities with the hide, and bone. Most of his clothing comes from creature’s pelt and ruined equipment he’d come across while travelling the waste and by the time he was 12, he was covered head to toe.
By the time he was 16 he’d settled in a semi-arid region around the desert and built a thatch and mud-brick house which he stores his ‘things’. By 17 years old Teuvo he ventured far enough to discovered Guan Yu, marvelling at the workmanship after he’d hunted down two parishioners for food. Never did he learn the taboo of eating another one of the same race, yet, he did so anyway. He was awfully surprised by sounds of the temples, however Teuvo did not see the importance of such things as the sands had done the same to him.
But, he did become obsessed with finding more of these buildings and people, it was new to him. He'd almost grew up with nobody to talk to but the desert. His way of speaking due to that is more abstract than others, and sometimes barely distinguishable from another tongue. So as he returned he slept on his thoughts and when morning came, began trawling for civilizations for no other reason than personal discovery and the unconscious return to humanity.
