Type: Offensive/Defensive
Class: A
Effect: Can do heavy blows and counter a few melee or magic attack that is of a lower level (higher chance of countering) or of an equal level (less chance of countering). This weapon can also be used alongside the magic of its wielder.
Drawback: When Seijuuna is heavily wounded or is extremely fatigued.

Can you explain the drawbacks in a little more detail. I'm not sure i'm understanding what it does. Also you can't continuously block an attack if its a level higher than you, you might wanna incorporate those details in there.
