Weaknesses: Any user of any sort of fire power that is of equal or higher power level than this may melt the ice thus, making it water.

Effect: Seijuuna may heal some bruises and some not-so-heavy wounds with this power of hers.
Weaknesses: May not heal any sort of illness nor serious wounds. Seijuuna may only heal others but not herself.

Name: Hikari Surasshu
Level: 1
Power Type: Light
Effect: Seijuuna swings her blade in a vertical way and sends a wave of light towards her opponent. The blade that is made of light is as sharp as a blade but it may only cut those who are injustice or evil. Hikari won't stop travelling until it hit someone or something that is evil.
Weaknesses: Those who can only be affected by this attack is those who are evil whilst this attack is useless if the person that she used this power against to is good in mind and heart.

For Aisusupaiku its preferred that the time it takes to travel is referred to in posts, not minutes or seconds due to the fact that it's Kind of impossible to calculate. Also maybe make the spikes a little smaller since its a level 1 ability. For Hikari you might wanna adjust to specify exactly what your attacks do, if it affects someone you need to specify how. And the cool down needs to be increased from two, to 4. Everything else is fine i believe.
