Effect: When wielding a sword Annabelle has the ability to strike quickly before her opponent can even bat an eye, giving her an advantage in duels involving melee weapons.
Weaknesses: Is only used at the beginning of a fight and has no effect after.

Ok So...

Weakness needs to be something that happens not your characters weakness.
Duration is one post because its an attack Smile
and Cooldown is a must as said by Ed. Cooldown of maybe.... 4 posts.

reasons for cooldwon: Even in League of Legends Passives can have cooldowns Wink.

Fix this and youre good Very Happy
