Rixper's Powers

Name: Shadow Dagger Toss
Level: 1
Power Type: Shadow
Effect: Rixper tosses 3 shadow daggers in quick succession, but with less force. If the toss is successful and hits a certain limb on the target, that limb has a slight chance of being crippled. The reach of the toss depends on Rixper's strength at the time of the toss. (~40 ft.). Good for slowing down the progress of enemies. 
Weaknesses: Not enough power to K.O., The daggers used for tossing are made of weak shadows and wither due to easy exposure of light from any source; must be used as quickly as possible; less time to aim properly; cannot be used during the day  
Duration: 2 posts
Cool-down: 3 posts (New shadows take time to accumulate and gather to meld another shadow dagger; After 3 posts, all daggers are remade)

Name: Kill the Hope
Level: 1
Power Type: Shadow
Effect: Rixper covers his dagger with an aura of demoralization and if the attack hits, the target loses the enthusiasm to fight for 2 posts.  
Weaknesses: If target has made it his/her resolve to keep fighting, this attack will not have any effect. Non-lethal. Spends a modicum of energy.
Duration: 2 posts
Cool-down: If the attack hits, cool-down starts right after the 2 post duration has ended for 2 more posts.

Name: Enrage the Phantom
Level: 1
Power Type: Will
Effect: Rixper uses a massive amount of energy in exchange for a 2 point gain in Strength/Agility/Speed/Toughness. He turns a hot red color when he is in this form. Rixper's defense is increased by a little as well.
Weaknesses: Extremely exposed to attacks while in rage form. Even though he is a shadow, Rixper can experience mild to heavy exhaustion. Attacks become slower, but have the same amount of power, because shadows don't have adverse effects to physical endurance as humans do.
Duration: 3 posts
Cool-down: 12 posts

Made some changes, got rid of the FTK Smile

Name: Flashadow
Level: 2, Utility power  <--- Level 1, also the Utility Power isn't part of our template
Power Type: Shadow
Effect: Rixper consumes a medium amount of energy to create a "Shadow Flash" in which he basically teleports to a target location. A "Shadow Flash" is a way to release adrenaline-inducing shadows that help Rixper gain more will to run faster. If the target is within range of the maximum distance, Rixper gains a surprise advantage, allowing for multiple, small caliber attacks. The attacks created by the advantage can K.O if target's health is below 30%.    NO TELEPORTS, please change this power to accommodate our rulings.
Weaknesses: There is a set maximum distance (30 ft.). Rixper's shadow legs are exposed for 2 posts, but receive minimal damage (yet can still be crippled). Medium energy drainage.
Duration:1 post
Cool-down: 6 posts

Name: Nodo no Suritto
Level: 2, Fatal <---- Level 1, no need for Fatal
Power Type: Shadow
Effect: Rixper takes a huge risk and goes straight for the throat of the target. Chances of a hit are dependent on the circumstance and setting present. But on most occasions, chances of a hit are below 28%. Fatal  <--- Would avoid this power because I dislike for this to be a "First Turn Kill"  power. Please make new one.
Weaknesses: Creates great exposure to being attacked from any direction besides directly in front (in which case, he can take less damage than usual). Extremely large cool down due to the risk factor and doubt of being able to hit a second (or third, etc...) time.
Duration:1 post
Cool-down: 20 posts

Name: Shadow Form- Rage
Level: 3, Passive  <----Level 1: no need to state that it's a passive
Power Type: Will
Effect: Rixper uses a massive amount of energy in exchange for greater power, speed, accuracy, and attack frequency for a short period of time. He turns a hot red color when he is in this form. Rixper's defense is increased by a little as well. Can simply state that his character's base stats of Strength/Speed/Agility/Toughness go up 2 points. Also doesn't seem like a passive, just a momentary buff.
Weaknesses: Extremely exposed to attacks while in rage form. Even though he is a shadow, Rixper can experience mild to heavy exhaustion. Attacks become slower, but have the same amount of power, because shadows don't have adverse effects to physical endurance as humans do.  
Duration: 3 posts
Cool-down: 12 posts

 Have the cool down for this start ((if it hits)) after the duration has ended

Im sorry gonna have to turn the 3 point gain on the effect to 2. If it's 3, that just makes a HUGE difference between most players for a Level 1 character to have. Even our deities don't give stat bonus's past 2.

EDIT: And for the CD for Kill the Hope, if the attack doesn't hit, can the power he uses to cloak his dagger come back immediately?
